Our grass finished beef is sold as a whole animal, by the half, or quarter. To comply with government regulation, the sale is actually of the live animal, and then we arrange processing by a liscensed processing plant. Fortune Ranch will deliver live animal to processing facility. The weight of the animal is based upon the “hanging weight” of the meat that reaches the processing facility.

Because we have a limited supply of meat available, and do sell out each year, we require a deposit be paid at the time we reserve the meat for you.

One week prior to harvest we will contact you via email or telephone to confirm you still want the meat, “hanging weight” will be collected and final bill figured due to Fortune Ranch

After a certain amount of aging the beef will be processed to your specifications and shipped or picked up at the facility after processing fees are paid
